Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Scenario Translate application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

License to Use

Play Stone grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for your own translation and productivity purposes, subject to these Terms and any subscription tier you have purchased.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (Premium and Max, monthly or annually). Payment is charged to your Apple ID through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are governed by Apple's App Store policy.

Acceptable Use

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party translation and AI services (such as Google, DeepL, OpenAI, Gemini, and Apple Translation). Their terms and policies also apply to use of those services, and Play Stone is not responsible for their independent practices.

User Content

You retain ownership of the text, audio, scenarios, and glossaries you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to translate and transmit that content through the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Translations and transcriptions are generated by automated systems and may contain errors. You should not rely on them for legal, medical, or other high-stakes decisions without independent verification. To the extent permitted by law, Play Stone disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play Stone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of the App.

Changes to the App and Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may revise these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
